Tired of spending your valuable time filling out registration forms? Rushing it, just to get done? Getting writers cramp again??? Ever think to yourself later, “Oh no, those people can't even read what I wrote!” Or find out that you wrote the wrong date of birth for your child? (accuracy is critical here, as it establishes your child's eligibility and WILL be reviewed by league officials) Or, “there’s no way anyone can read that email address I wrote down!”
Like most folks, you really don't want to sit at a table filling out a whole bunch of forms. Wouldn't it be nice to speed up the process! Well, now you can!
Now you can access and print your own registration packet, with a couple of clicks on your computer. You can then fill out the forms in the comfort of your home, at a leisurly pace.
The Registration packets are available in a .pdf format.
You will need Adobe Reader to access and print the packet.
If you already have Adobe, all you have to do is click away.

All we ask is that you:
1. Be sure that you have the appropriate number of pages!
2. Fill the forms out completely, and print as clearly as possible!
3. Double check everything to be sure nothing was missed!
4. Insure that a cell phone # is included (if available)
5. Provide your email address
6. Register your child's (or your) email address for their access to the Kid's Klub Forum
Then, all you have to do is bring the COMPLETED FORMS, along with the corresponding REGISTRATION FEE, a COPY OF your child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE, and a CURRENT PHOTO, to the Field House on one of the scheduled Registration dates. The documents will be reviewed by a Falcon Rep, and you'll be on your way. Totally painless !!!!!!
